The Imaging Specialist is a temp-to-hire
position
for a technology-driven company in Brooklyn Heights! The Imaging Specialist must be an eager and high energy individual with proven attention to detail and former experience working with imaging equipment is an absolute must! Data entry and filing skills are also a must! The ideal candidate will be responsible for a high volume of document preparation, scanning into electronic files, and indexing and uploading files. The ideal candidate must demonstrate respect for confidentiality as he/she will be handling classified documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
-A minimum of 1 year experience working with imaging equipment
-Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
-Must have excellent PC skills especially with scanning
-Excellent organization skills
-Previous experience working with a high volume of paper highly preferred
