Preferred:
While it would be helpful to have experience product development, technical management, and process automation, we are more interested in your ability to be smart, get things done and be adaptable.
An advanced technical degree would be preferred; however, we understand that is doesn't always take a degree for someone to be able to successfully build high product, high quality software teams.

In this role, the organization will look to you to develop the team through the adoption of relevant technology, industry best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
The team you will lead is a highly talented group of software engineers working on a number of short and long term product development projects. You will provide core

that will enable the team to succeed.

Functional
Recruit, develop, and review, department personnel.
Work with peer managers to develop, implement and continuously improve development processes.
Promote the incorporation of relevant technology into products and/or processes.
Leadership
Hold self and others accountable for achieving goals and meeting commitments.
