This role will work directly with software engineers who utilize ClearCase and ClearQuest tools for software configuration management and defect tracking.
This role will consist of onsite assistance, support, and troubleshooting of issues related the tool's usage.
Qualifications
Need to have a thorough understanding ClearCase and ClearQuest tool usage in an engineering (and software engineering) environment.
Need to have excellent troubleshooting skills in resolving issues and problems related to tool usage.
Need very strong communications skills.
This role does not require tool configuration experience, though that experience would be helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
