Summary:
Responsible for conducting and communicating market and customer research to support groups, divisions and corporate level growth strategies and decision making processes. Assist the corporation to effectively use, analyze and interpret customer and market intelligence data through the strategic Marketing Department.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
- Manage all steps of customer and marketing research projects including identifying customer contact information, locating market data, determining the proper methodology, coordinating and conducting the data collection, analyzing and reporting results.
- Responsible for ongoing and event triggered customer satisfaction projects.
- Conducts secondary market research requests.
- Edits, analyzes, summarizes, presents research.
- Primary contact for the execution of customer and market research projects.
- Focused efforts on statistical analysis and interpretation.
- Maintain database information, including project tracking and customer database files.
- Design and conduct other surveys as assigned.
-Document and update departmental processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement best practices in customer and market research efforts.
- Work with Group, Division and Corporate teams to ensure the proper execution and analysis of customer research projects.
- Assist in the development of Global Customer Research Network.
- Takes part in training and development of other team members.
- Supports other departmental projects.
-Create, format, modify departmental templates, reports, presentations as needed.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Master's Degree in Social Sciences or MBA preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Consumer or Market Research.
- Detail and results driven.
- Strong statistical and analytical capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer experience with Microsoft Professional Office required.
- Demonstrates aptitude with research concepts and terminology.
- Experience in data collection and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Must possess excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public.
