The Support Specialist, FORT will provide support to the FORT in various operational related tasks necessary to maintain day-to-day operations. Related tasks may include, in part or in totality, Rejected Claim Management, Parts Recovery, Over/Shorts, Technician Reimbursement, and Parts Related Initiatives. The Support Specialist, FORT will provide other national centralized initiatives, including providing world-class customer service.
This position will support our Service Order Clerical Team, and specific duties will include:
Responds to incoming technician messages and phone calls maintaining acceptable response time
Escalates situations that may affect timely service delivery to our customers to the appropriate channel, including but not limited to customers, route specialist, capacity coordinator and managers
Researches, prioritizes and resolves service issues on outstanding service orders
Manages National Product Services Discrepancy screen
Modifies and updates service orders (manually closing service orders)
Manages the National Product Services Management Tickler +30 screen
Creates service orders including changing add-ons and corrections
Required Hours: 12:30pm to 9:30pm Monday through Friday, with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities:
oPerform task associated with managing the Rejected Claims process, including calling external customers
oCollaborate with external and internal customers to arrange for part pick-up associated with the Parts Recovery process
oAssist Field Districts in administering Cash Over/Shorts process and Bad Check recovery initiatives
oCoordinate Technician reimbursements and other financial transactions associated with Tech reimbursements
oManage and coordinate various parts related initiatives including parts research and resolution of part order transmission errors.
oAnalyzes field issues/process issues to determine root cause of problem and takes appropriate action to correct.
oPerform tasks associates with special national pilots/tests for centralization consideration
oProvides detailed updates to In-Home District Management, In-Home Region and National Operations teams.
oContinually seeks out productivity enhancements to improve personal performance and further business objectives.
oPerforms miscellaneous duties as assigned. Specific Skill Requirements:
oAbility to read, write, and speak English
oAbility to follow directions and solve problems
oAble to handle multiple tasks in stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
oAbility to apply appropriate use of personal protective equipment (i.e. back belt, safety glasses), where applicable
oAbility to work in non-air conditioned environment, where applicable
oAbility to work variable and flexible hours including overtime
oAbility to read and utilize reports as needed
oAbility to follow HS QMS guidelines Experience/Education Requirements:
oHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
oMust be 18 years of age
oExperience and aptitude with computers and databases, including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mainframe systems, Library Imaging System, and Lawson Inventory system

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
