Summary:
Develop and conduct product training programs for employees, dealers, fleets and transit bus authority employees.
Responsibilities:
Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.
Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Confer with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.
Writes material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes.
Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary.
Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup.
Maintains engine hands-on training modules and keeps them in good running condition.
Maintains class room and engine hands-on area to keep it neat and orderly.
Interface with factory on further enhancements and improvements
Attends monthly factory training conference call.
Coordinate with outside sources to develop training needs.
Keeps current on changes in diesel engine and emissions solution technologies.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Training Development, Business Administration or other business discipline; or equivalent work-related experience or Associates degree from a certified diesel technical school.
Three to five years demonstrated training experience.
Solid knowledge and experience in all aspects of service with diesel engine products.

Ability to travel.
Technical service knowledge of Cummins and Onan products.
Strong basic electrical and automotive wiring system knowledge.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
