Yoh RPO, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, is experiencing exciting growth, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Associate Recruiter based in Cleveland, Ohio in support of our RPO client's hiring and project support needs.
GENERAL DUTIES:
The Associate Recruiter provides general Recruiting and HR Administrative services. This position supports our client and Yoh Team Leader by providing HR/Recruitment support and customer service.
JOB DUTIES:
Consult and advise hiring managers on overall hiring process
Partner with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to successfully recruit top talent
Collaborate as needed on job requisition details and creation
Review job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for Internet job postings Leader
Develop and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies
Source professional salaried and/or Technical skill sets through use of job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit
Learn and maintain knowledge of the Client industry, related industries, business supported and market demographics
Review job descriptions for OFCCP compliance and marketing best practice
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met
Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
Work closely with appropriate resources to ensure interview scheduling process creates ideal candidate experience
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, and Ad Hoc projects as necessary
Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers in a timely manner
Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Experience with ATS is strongly preferred
Ability to see big picture, identify gaps, develop and communicate plan, and achieve client buy-in
Clear understanding of Boolean language and have the ability to use effectively in Internet sourcing
Excellent communications skills (written, verbally and electronic)
Experience in candidate screening & interviewing
Ability to adhere to state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)
Ability to work within contractual time constraints to meet objectives
Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST
Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, team environment
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience:
Must possess a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
