Alexander Mann Solutions is currently looking for talented individuals that have Recruitment-sourcing experience to join our organization based at our offices in downtown Cleveland.
As a Sourcing Recruiter, you'll need to be a responsive and client-facing individual with experience recruiting for different profiles. This is an ideal opportunity to learn about recruitment from the ground up, and be part of a dedicated training programme in order to work towards a Senior Recruiter role.
Key Responsibilities/Major Areas of Accountability
As a Sourcing Recruiter you will be involved in a number of activities:
Proactively source candidates utilizing different methods (eg market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent pools
Develop an understanding of sourcing strategies for each role recruited
Screen, qualify and reference check candidates and their CVs to determine suitability and obtain required information to create long and short lists
Present and sell candidates within their business areas to the Senior Recruiters. Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting (eg how many open roles, types of placements, job board response rates etc.)
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge Required
To have the opportunity to develop your career in this role, you will need to have:
Previous experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment would be an advantage
Minimum 1 year Sourcing experience
Strong administration/coordination experience
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills can format documents and develop spread sheets to track activity
Experience working in a telephone based environment or a role involving contacting stakeholders by phone
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, Brassring, E-Recruit) would be an advantageEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
