Staffing & Recruiting Coordinator needed for a Full Time employment opportunity supporting Yoh RPO's client located in East Cleveland, Ohio.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and fostering relationships between client stakeholders and various Yoh and client teams, including but not limited to: Posting, Recruiting/Staffing, HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Onboarding teams
Identifying additional recruiting needs by recommending and directing positions to recruiting team members based on workload and availability
Identifying, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for difficult client needs and managing expectations of both client and candidate throughout the interview and hiring process
Accurate and detailed reporting within both automated and manual tracking systems
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Minimum 2 years of HR, Recruiting, or Staffing experience
Candidate screening and interviewing experience
Excellent communication and consultative skills
Prior corporate experience
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Brassring/HireSystems
Prior experience working with Senior to Executive level clients
Experience in an OFCCP environment
