Job summary
As a GAAIT Content Associate, you'll work as part of a project team, to give operational support to infrastructure projects or programs. You'll provide measurement and analysis for projects and programs, manage projects, and help with continuous improvement initiatives. You may also provide deployment and technology support.
Responsibilities
Analyze measurements on projects/programs as directed. This may include measuring progress against established timelines and/or procedures. Report your findings to department teams, to help identify opportunities for improvement with projects/programs
Provide operational reporting and analysis on projects/programs. Reports could include key statistics, measurements of accuracy and timeliness, and other survey or statistical results
Analyze the workflow of operations, including process mapping. Recommend improvements
Manage less complex projects or programs, and help with larger projects
Develop and apply knowledge of Ernst & Young's business, organizational structure, operations and technologies
Apply process and technology enablement knowledge to analyses and problem-solving
Use sound judgment and consistency in providing measurements
Gain a functional understanding of the firm's business model, processes and technology enablers
Prioritizes your own deadlines
Escalate complex issues to project sponsors and/or team leader, with recommendations on how to resolve these
Knowledge and skills requirements
Strong communications skills
Very good analytical skills, to recognize trends and report issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
Basic knowledge of project management practices and tools

Experience
A minimum of 0-3 years related experience
Education
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
