Job Description:
Function as SFDC Lightning Technical Architect with responsibilities to :
Provide SFDC Lightning expertise to help clients upgrade from Classic to Lightning Build client specific solutions on the SFDC platform using all the available tool options.
Lead interactions with client personnel on technical solution and architecture Lead SFDC development team with little or no direct supervision.
Provide advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client.
Manage tasks to schedule and budget.
Strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture.
Exposure to other CRM Tools such as MS Dynamics, Siebel, SAP CRM, DMS, Digital technologies (Good to have) Knowledge of Automotive, Industrial equipment CRM implementations (Nice to have) Must have executed at least 3 full life cycle Salesforce implementations
Responsibilities:
Work as Tech Arch to upgrade the Salesforce CRM platform from Classic to Lightning Help team create/implement lightning components as needed.
Conduct research on best practices and industry/functional trends to understand how to use delivered platform functionality.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to review business requirement, assist in fit/gap analysis and provide detailed technical design documentation.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and interfaces using APIs.
Provide documentation (Data Mapping, Technical Solution Design Specifications, data dictionaries, data model, etc.
) for projects involved.
Maintain different Salesforce CRM environments, help deploy solutions from Dev to Test to Production.
Interact with global teams across geographies & time zone to get the work done.
Review code, standards and governance
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, or force.
com) application and technical design Minimum 6 years Salesforce.
com (SFDC) consulting implementation experience as a Senior Technical lead/architect.
Minimum 6 years of experience developing APEX, Visual force & Lightning components.
Minimum 2 large scale Data Migration experience on a Cloud platform, preferably Salesforce Good to have Salesforce ORG consolidation experience Minimum one large scale Lightning upgrade experience Should have solid background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns) & programming languages like Java, Java Script, Apex, PL/SQL, C+
etc.
Experience with SAP and or Oracle-Siebel Agile and Iterative experience Must have at a minimum these certifications to qualify :
Salesforce Certified Administrator ( 201) , Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer , Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Job Type:
