Summary:
Line/Production Worker for a variety of positions loading, mixing, filling, and unloading materials and food products.
Associates must be able to measure, count and stack product.
Keep a clean production area and record production information and product labeling per company and customer requirements.
Lift up to 50 lb bags of product at a time from machine to machine or to stack on a pallet.
JOB
Responsibilities:
Perform required duties at the assigned position on the production line in a safe, efficient, and effective manner to ensure continuous production of quality food products Follow specific instructions and processes for each customer or product.
Record product information Utilize proper stacking and labelling techniques Clean and sanitize containers, materials, supplies, and work areas using the proper cleaning procedures before, during and after production Understand the importance of Food Safety JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Demands:
Be able to repeatedly move or lift up to 50 lb throughout a regular shift Be able to lift; fill; push; pull; walk; stand; crouch; reach overhead; and climb stairs Required Abilities:
Ability to follow directions and respond safely and effectively to assigned responsibilities Able to measure, count and stack product to load and unload machines Ability to learn the required job skills.
Must have good personal hygiene Perform basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Due to exposure of machinery and electrical currents, employees are required to wear personal protective equipment.
During warmer months, the required personal protective equipment may cause the employee to be very warm while working.
The individual will be exposed to loud machinery or equipment.
This position requires you to be able to lift 50 pound bags all day.
A clean drug screening is a must.

There will be a general math test when you show up so please come a few minutes early to complete it.
