Job Description:
Universal Steel is looking for a full-time Production Manager to join our team.
This position will be responsible for the overall production of our products and ensuring quality standards are met.
In addition, the Production Manager will also be responsible for the oversight of warehouse operations, including inventory management, and will oversee the delivery of our products to customers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, and receiving.
Oversee all production processes and ensure quality standards are met.
Oversee all product quality control procedures and ensure compliance with GMP and COIH policies.
Maintain a high level of inventory management.
Oversee all manufacturing processes to ensure that all specifications are met.
Ensure that production schedules are accurate and on-time.
Ensure that production output meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Develop and implement process improvements as needed.
Manage staff performance metrics to help improve productivity and employee engagement levels.
Ensure staff safety by enforcing safety policies and ensuring staff is trained in appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPP) as required by law.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and employment record.

years' experience in a Production Management role; or equivalent combination of experience and employment record.
