You will also be a team leader that has oversight over inventory, logistics and quality control.
The production team lead is for the individual who is capable of working in an assembly capacity and has the skill set required to oversee the majority of the inventory operations.

Go above and beyond Live with integrity Work with efficiency Communicate with clarity Act with intentionality Assisting Responsibilities (5-6 hours daily) Light assembly of multiple components to create goods for sale Receive inventory / ship inventory using iPad and our inventory system Pull materials, pack boxes, placing orders/materials in shipping area Prepare and ship out orders daily using shipping system Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area Leading Responsibilities (2-3 hours daily) Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory needs Manage consumption spreadsheet for shop supplies Perform quality control functions Document and communicate quality control issues Facilitate inventory logistics with vendors Conduct and document inventory audits Manage inventory spreadsheet and inventory system Participate in weekly Leadership and Production meetings Communicate the daily plan and weekly to the production team Stage materials for team members to facilitate efficient operations The ability to train and coach others in light assembly work.
Ability to evaluate team members and deliver feedback in monthly meetings Requirements Experience managing inventory system or similar High level experience with an ERP or MRP system Quality control experience both mechanically and aesthetically Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Excel/Numbers (spreadsheet) experience to include working with formulas Computer and iPad, Apple and Mac Operating Systems; G-Suite / Google, AirTable experience is a plus Internet research skills, 35
wpm typing proficiency Ability to operate forklift, Walkie stacker, pallet jack.
Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work while standing, walking, bending or twisting for long portions of the day.
