Job Description Business Analyst 2 Position Location:
Cleveland, OH - HUB (Hybrid - Primarily Remote) Intended length of Assignment:
6 months with Possible Extension Working Hours (Flexible):
8 -5 (M-F) Candidate Technical and skills profile:

The individual will contribute to production support of incentive marketing offers oGather Business Requirements and Offer Disclosures for a given program to execute oCreate and maintain Excel Workbooks to house business and technical requirements oSchedule and lead meetings to review requirements and overall execution approach oPerform system configuration tasks oLoad data feeds and verify results oProcess data and validate results oPerform research to address payment disputes / communicate results oAnalyze data to identify trends oDevelop, analyze, and distribute reports 2.
The individual will spend a considerable portion of their time on audits and validations.
Attention to detail and analytical / investigative mindset is crucial.
3.
This position requires effective written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration ability.
A qualified candidate is a self-starter who is eager to take ownership and is accountable for results.
The successful candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
o4-year business degree o2
years related experience oAttention to detail and analytical / investigative mindset oAdvanced skills in Excel oProblem-solving ability oAble to assess and effectively manage risk oWorkload management skills and flexibility to respond to urgent requests and/or changing priorities oFlexible to accommodate a wide range of responsibilities oHome office with dual monitors to work remotely/effectively with confidential data Skills:
