Business Systems Analyst II

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, OH.
This candidate will be joining the Shared Services team, and they will be working closely with the development team and business managers, responsible for developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementations of applications.
They will be required to run requirement gathering sessions and coordinate with end users in underwriting, product management, claims and operations to determine requirements for system development or revision.
This candidate may assist with the testing of system enhancements and create test strategies to oversee those results, however, the majority of the responsibilities will be based around gathering/writing requirements along with analyzing data and system issues, therefore should have heavy experience in these areas.
They will be responsible for planning, documenting, evaluating, and tracking results to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
The ideal candidate will fit the above skillset and be motivated to provide guidance to less experienced team members and be able to communicate and interact efficiently within multiple lines of business.
Experience working with APIs Visio or Visual Studio experience Commercial or casualty insurance/financial industry experience Azure or Jira experience for documentation3-5
years of professional business analysis experience Experience gathering and writing requirements Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience/familiarity Agile experience SQL experience/familiarity Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Recommended Skills Api Agile Methodology Business Analysis Business Systems Casualty Insurance Claim Processing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
