Ability to identify and prevent theft or illegal activities within the establishment - Military
Experience:
Strong background in military operations, tactics, and discipline - Certificate:
Possessing a valid security guard or bouncer certification is preferred - CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation):
Knowledge of life-saving techniques in case of medical emergencies - Surveillance:
Proficient in monitoring and using surveillance equipment to maintain security - CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television):
Familiarity with operating and monitoring CCTV systems for surveillance purposes - Law enforcement:
Understanding of local laws, regulations, and procedures related to security and crowd control - First aid:
Ability to administer basic first aid until medical professionals arrive - Conflict management:
Skilled in deescalating conflicts and resolving disputes peacefully Note:
Previous experience as a bouncer or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also important qualities for this position's.
