Support people with disabilities as they become more integrated in their communities Teach life skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, medical and other personal appointments, transportation, among others Provide personal care such as toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, assisting with or administering medications and more you'll be an important part of the UCP team! Do you meet these qualifications? If so, we'd love to hear from you! High school diploma or GED Physical capacity to perform lifting (minimum of 50 lbs.
) Valid Ohio driver's license (with no more than two moving violations) Reliable transportation Verbal and writing skills necessary to effectively communicate and document client needs Ability to complete state-approved medication administration course and competency to perform delegated nursing tasks.
Must pass pre-employment background checks UCP of Greater Cleveland has served Northeast Ohio community for more than 70 years.
