As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to patients, referring offices and fellow staff.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner -Schedule oral surgery appointments -Collect insurance information and accurate data entry utilizing multiple software programs -Route incoming calls to the correct department within our practice - Analyze patient needs and recommend the best solutions based on their requirements - Communicate effectively with patients and fellow staff to ensure their satisfaction Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze patient needs Join our team as a Call Center Representative and be part of a dynamic company that values its employees!
