Senior Manager, HR Operations

The Sr. Mgr. HR Operations is a key member of the Corporate HR Team, responsible for all aspects of the Company's Human Resource Shared Service Operations and HR Management System. This includes partnering with stakeholders, vendors and IT to design, implement and manage a scalable, flexible HR Shared Service model and global Human Resource Management system (Workday) aligned to business needs. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, the Sr. Mgr. HR Operations interacts with HR Segment Leaders, HR Business Process Owners, Payroll, IT Operations and employees on a regular basis, in addition to directly managing the HRIS Team and future HR Shared Service Team Members. You will have the opportunity to:
Shared Service Operations In collaboration with HR colleagues, provide vision and leadership in establishing a U.S. shared services function, centralizing transactional HR services (over time) that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness through repeatable and sustainable work processes. Responsible for daily operations of the support services function, including data management and reporting and compliance oversight Oversee and support the HR Operations team to complete transactional work across the employee life cycle HR Management System As Business Owner of Workday HRMS, is core project team leader of system implementations, working with HRMS Manager, PMO, external consultants, third party vendors and HR functional areas on all aspects of system design and implementation. Accountable for system governance, ensuring end users data integrity and system stability Centralizes processing of employee lifecycle transactions and other HR related administration, driving operational efficiency while balancing a positive employee experience. Analytics and Reporting Understand and analyze HR data and reports to determine relevant trends and improve employee data quality in HR systems Develop reporting and/or dashboards that deliver meaningful information to help identify trends efficiently and effectively, and measure key people organizational metrics. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required Minimum five years of HRIS, payroll systems and interface experience. Experience with Workday strongly preferred. People Management Experience Demonstrated ability to understand HR function, processes, and strategies linked to business goals. Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data. Systems implementation experience, including user acceptance testing Advanced Excel proficiency Strong analytical problem-solving skills Knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis, with the ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing and creating databases and spreadsheets. Proven project management skills Demonstrated process design and continuous improvement capability, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred Proven ability to effectively operate in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced work environment Strong process and metrics orientation
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
