This position is primarily responsible for quality standard adherence, quality tracking & reporting policy & procedure adherence, P6 schedule development & maintenance, and cost/resource tracking & reporting. Responsibilities Ability to read and analyze project plans and specifications Review contract requirements and adhere to QA/QC programs and project quality standards Daily tracking of construction activities and reporting to ensure quality standards are enforced and maintained Ability to develop, update, and maintain Level II, III and IV schedules in Primavera Develop and maintain critical path studies, 3-week look ahead schedules and resource loaded schedules Develop and maintain As-Built drawings and document all changes including saving and preserving all related correspondence related to changes Ability to create cost and resource analysis curves with strong cost reporting skills and techniques Ability to create reports, graphs and analytical data to support the quality program including daily, weekly and monthly quality reporting Review cost and operations reports to assist Project Manager in job costing Facilitate discussions with project management regarding quality issues and schedule forecasts Understand, identify, and report on project trends and their relationship to the quality program and project schedule Create procurement tracking spreadsheets with quantity curves Create material receipt spreadsheets for both on-site and off-site laydown areas to ensure quality compliance Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management Qualifications Valid Driver's License required Four-year college degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline required Five (5) years' of project controls experience is preferred Construction industry experience required Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, and Outlook required PMP certificate preferred Specialized construction management training and project management training preferred Work Environment & Conditions Position requires working in an office and field setting, requiring 8
hours per day of sitting, walking, and standing. Occasional lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, balancing Ability to work additional hours and/or weekends when required Frequent overnight travel to jobsites to be required Work from home with 40% travel Be a motivated self-starter Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong organization skills Effectively manage time addressing the comprehensive needs of your assigned projects Execution-focused with the ability to take individual responsibility for delivering quality work in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision Ability to quickly analyze, interpret, and compare detailed information Ability to work independently and as a team Effective communication skills to cross departments, peers, project management, and senior management
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
