Assisted Living Director - Full time The Assisted Living Director is responsible for directing the operations of all departments within the assisted living facility.
Will achieve specific financial, employee relations, customer service and clinical objectives through strong leadership and effective management skills.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
To direct, organize and evaluate falcility program, services, and personnel.
To ensure State, Federal and local Rehabilitation Policies, Procedures and Patient Care Standards are met at every department level To serve as a clinical resource when appropriate and participate in routine compliance audits as assigned.
To manage new facility start-ups and labor costs To review and analyze weekly and/or monthly reporting.

Qualifications:
Previous AL Director experience RN/LPN license preferred but not required Strong background in SNF or AL settings in a management role We are an equal opportunity employer.
