MOOYAH is seeking crew members with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
Maintains proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
Read through the station module including product information before starting a shift.
Assumes prep duties as needed.
Always dates, labels, and rotates products that have been prepped, immediately placing into cooler.
Always use clean and sanitized food storage containers.
Assumes responsibility for freshness and quality of items prepared.
Prepare station menu items according to specified product information in a timely manner with attention to detail and quality.
Always clean as you go during your shift.
Perform special cleaning duties as specified by the Manager.
Responsible for grilling burgers, mushrooms, bacon, and onions.
Works as a team player with other employees and stations while demonstrating personal commitment.
Follows good safety and sanitation practices, demonstrates changing gloves often.
Follows all personal and food safety procedures.
Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS.
Has a good understanding and plays an active role in Guest Obsession.
