Who You Are As a Logistics Coordinator, you are part of our Logistics Department - you will work on a team to oversee all aspects of company shipments, stock of materials, and the conduction of logistic procedures to ensure optimization.
Job Description:
Must maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Box, track and receive shipments.
Package and label/barcode merchandise.
Stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
Pack AAFE course boxes with relevant materials.
Box customer orders for parent and sister companies, as applicable.
Record and manage all impaired or damaged items.
Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.
Troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Organize warehouse space.
Skills candidate must possess:
Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Ability to communicate effectively over multiple channels (phone, email, etc.
).
Willing to work independently, as well as with a team.
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem solve and make logical judgement calls independently.
College education preferred, previous warehouse setting experience required.
