Inertial Aerospace Services, Inc.
(IAS), a subsidiary of HEICO Aerospace, is currently recruiting for a Engineering Technician at our Highland Heights, Ohio facility toperform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and testing on avionics and navigation equipment.
Position will involve electrical, electronic and/or mechanical systems for repair and/or inspection and testing.
Expectations include locating and diagnosing failures and performing basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
Must also maintain appropriate maintenance, inventory, and repair logs accurately.
Includes use of a variety of hand or power tools and test equipment.
Successful applicant will possess excellent attention to detail and a desire to perform their job function correctly and consistently.
Experience in avionics or electronics troubleshooting and repair or related experience required.
Education Requirements:
Preferred:
Technical Associate Degree with 5
years of experience.
Minimum:
High School diploma with documented experience and demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical tasks.
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
Position is safety sensitive and is subject to pre-employment screening and random drug-testing program as well as a background check.
