Part-time and full-time positions available Focus on flexibility and independence with scheduling Competitive pay The BCBA will be servicing clients of various ages and abilities The BCBA will be responsible to oversee and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) SkyCare offers opportunities for leadership and program development Requirements:
Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) Expectations:
Implement data collection systems that work for you and your families Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed) Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets Direct and effectively manage and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians Work collaboratively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary The BCBA will be required to conduct the Initial Assessments and Reassessments of clients they are supervising Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
