Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Mansour Gavin, LPA, a law firm in downtown Cleveland, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to work in our Estate Planning and Probate Litigation practice group.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on matters in the areas of estate planning and probate and trust administration.
Ideal candidate should have litigation experience with drafting pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions and taking depositions.
Must be admitted in Ohio.
Candidate should possess solid writing, communication and research skills.
This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
