4 Quick Apply Full-time 19 hours ago Full Job Description SUMMARY Provides support for the Office of the Registrar and the Access and Completion Team in the development of statistical reports, maintenance and encoding of the student degree audit systems, and monitoring of software associated with the Student Information System and add on systems.
Supports the work of the enrollment management team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Creates and formats reports for VP of Access and Completion, Registrar, Enrollment Centers, and other campus constituencies used for ongoing enrollment activities Maintains and enhances current reporting projects such as automated student communication (acceptance letters, academic status notifications, priority registration) and data entry error reports Supports and serves as a member of the strategic enrollment management team to provide timely and accurate data to support recruitment, enrollment, retention and completion initiatives Provides assistance and prioritization of College-wide Enrollment Management and retention oriented projects and services Develops specifications for queries and scripts used in making global changes in the SIS and/or facility scheduling software Works closely with and acts as a liaison to the Information Technology and Evidence and Inquiry teams while interacting with other college departments in providing production support, resolving system problems, and disseminating system information Assists in testing during implementation of new software, new software releases and functionalities related to SIS and/or add-on products Assists with the submission of National Student Clearinghouse files Assists with the creation of reports through Argos to support efficient Enrollment Management operations and to enable others to access needed data and lists Coordinates student records and student services systems and technical needs relating to SIS add-on products (Red Lantern, Astra Schedule, Address Checker, document imaging) and customized SIS forms Provides support and back-up coordination for the encoding and continuing development of the College's electronic degree audit systems (U.
