We're looking for a Director, Partner Channel Business Development who will be responsible for leading OnShift's business development efforts, which includes increasing new sales activities with partner organizations, attaining quarterly and annual bookings objectives with leads sourced from partner organizations and optimizing process efficiencies for how OnShift and partner teams work together.
Responsibilities include building relationships with partner organizations, leading prospecting efforts within those organizations, ensuring alignment and communication between OnShift and solution partners and working to improve the efficiency of how OnShift collaborates with each of its partners.
This position will develop and execute strategies to build mindshare and influence adoption across OnShift's portfolio of strategic business partners, which includes referral-focused and integrated solution partners.
This role will be measured on KPIs to create and nurture relationships with various role profiles at partner organizations.
KPIs will include partner event activity, lead volume, product demonstrations, successful co-implementations and referral data integrity.
The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about our target markets, client/prospect business challenges and alignment with the full portfolio of OnShift solutions across Human Capital Management, while also ensuring up to date and accurate records about the partner account and opportunities we are pursuing with the partner organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Meet or exceed partner driven sales objectives for OnShift by establishing alignment between the OnShift salesforce and the partner organizations by designing and executing activities that increase OnShift sales activity Facilitate ongoing alignment activities with partner teams, including joint account mapping sessions, joint lead pipeline reviews and solution training.
Develop deeper relationships with existing strategic partners to deliver long-term value across our partner ecosystem (inclusive of strategic technology, platform, consulting, and distribution partners) in alignment with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional OnShift teams to create content that enhances OnShift's ability to sell alongside Partner sales teams Lead engagement across all sales segments between OnShift and partner sales organizations.
Support process for creating awareness of successful partner projects (prospecting, closed deals, implementations, etc.
) and work with marketing to build assets that can be leveraged by the sales team Plan and support partner sales events such as webinars, conferences, national, state and local shows, ride-alongs, partner sales meeting, partner promo meetings and trainings, with measured results of the lead generating impact of such events Collaborate with CRM team to deliver enhancements to partner website portal Provide oversight, qualification, and acceptance of the partner assessment/referral process, inbound & outbound, including external communication with the partners as well as internal process, service level urgency and contract/policy alignment.
Enable sales organization as a subject matter expert on our strategic partners' solutions and work with partners to build content that helps OnShift sales team bring the right partner to an client/prospect and learn from previous partner opportunity engagements WHO YOU ARE History of achieving quota in new business development role for B2B healthcare SaaS organizations managing partner relationships to drive substantial revenue growth in both indirect/reseller as well as referral/lead generation-based programs.
As a director-level member of the team, demonstrated success of independently identifying new opportunities to increase partner referral activity.
Take initiative to follow through on strategic projects and align resources (both OnShift and Partner) to ensure successful deployment (Sales/Strategic Alliances/Development/Product Management teams) Demonstrated ability to achieve year over year growth targets for new software sales bookings uncovered directly from efforts to actively prospect with partner and other third party vendor entities A minimum of five years experience leading a partner channel sales function with responsibility for performance of a team of quota responsible channel sales professionals Proven experience, with multiple organizations, as a sales leader who can take ownership and responsibility within the LTPAC market.
Previous or current sales leadership success is highly desired.
Experience developing content that demonstrates successful collaboration between partner organizations (case studies, white papers, return on investment, etc) Demonstrated ability to ensure successful deployment of a partner solution and good experience between the respective partner/OnShift implementation teams Background in designing programs to facilitate rep to rep engagement at the sales level, and leadership engagement at the corporate level in partner organizations.
Experience collaborating with product and sales support resources to build product demonstration environment that complements the combined OnShift/Partner solution Ability to influence others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals.
Effective in a dynamic environment and must be comfortable working in environments lacking full definition.
Proven track record of success in previous sales roles working at a C level.
A demonstrated track record as a top performer throughout career.
Must be able to engage and motivate groups and/or large audiences while presenting and training.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to travel 25-35% of the time.
Based in Cleveland market with ability to commute to downtown area Bachelor's degree preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
