Join the team and become part of our family! Charter Steel is hiring for a CMMS Analyst! This role is the subject matter expert on the computer maintenance management system (CMMS) who supports the day-to-day operations of the end users.
What you'll do:
Owner of the CMMS data, system processes, and end user training.
Provide system training for end users.
Maintain business system standards both at the plant and the greater organization level.
Troubleshoot end user system issues.
Ensure data integrity and processes are followed.
Work closely with reliability engineers, MRO inventory analyst, maintenance planners and supervisors to support work order scheduling, preventive maintenance (PM), work order accuracy, failure tracking.
Support the creation of new assets, PM's, users, etc.
within the CMMS as needed.
Utilize reporting to identify opportunities to improve the use and data integrity of the CMMS.
Support sharing of data between departments.
Support the inventory processes, including rebuildable assets.
Maintain asset electronic libraries, such as manuals, within the CMMS.
Support Environmental, Quality, Energy, and Safety needs within the CMMS.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related degree.
Two plus years of experience with Oracle eAM or equivalent system.
High level of detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to develop and deliver training to end users.
Experience in working to collaboratively across multiple functional areas to identify and maintain system standards.
Demonstrated experience working in team environment and leading cross functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal customers.
Proficiency in advanced features of Microsoft Office software and reporting software.
What we'd prefer:
Understanding of operations maintenance.
Understanding of steel making processes.
Understanding of data analytics.
Experience with preventive maintenance best practices.
Job Type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
