We are hiring a Full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for vetting and securing the right carriers to honor customer shipment requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to use relationship management skills to maintain and attract both new and current carriers.
You will use internal and external resources to negotiate freight rates, based on the current demand and freight trends.
The freight market is constantly changing, and you must be able to work in a high energy and fast paced environment while being able to prioritize and multitask as demands evolve throughout the day.
Being able to work in a team environment is important, as well as individually being able to identify potential issues, and determine the right course of action.
