Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for content creation & digital marketing efforts, managing donor & volunteer relationships, coordinating events, and assisting with stewardship and other fundraising activities.
This person will be empowered to strategize & contribute creative ideas that will increase participation in W.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for making a difference in the community.
Responsibilities in these areas including, but are not limited to:
Marketing:
Manage the organization's website and social media accounts.
Develop & maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's visibility and reach.
Develop & implement strategies to increase the visibility and reach of scheduled events.

Research and recommend other opportunities for future use.
Collect testimonials and feedback from clients and supporters.
Create, schedule, analyze & report the overall impact of all campaigns.
Design:
Develop fundraising materials.
(Videos, flyers, ads, other signage & materials as needed.
) Develop visual elements to assist educational programming projects.
Creates graphic elements based on company branding standards.
Administration:
Keep an accurate inventory of all program and event goods.
Assist in reporting & donation processing via Bloomerang CRM.
Assist in acknowledgement and correspondence to donors and clients.
Development/Special Events:
Create reports on the progress of development activities.
Research and develop grant proposals, donation requests, & LOI's Act as volunteer manager.
Assist in recruiting volunteers for all scheduled events, as needed.
Assist in recruitment and planning of sponsors, vendors, and raffle items for scheduled events.
Coordinate with ED to oversee event budget, event attendance, & resources.
Be on-site the day of events to assist in an assigned role or help where needed.
