Our Superior Products division, located in Cleveland, OH, has openings for experienced CNC Setup Operators in our Star Swiss Operating CNC Cell.
Responsibilities:
Set up, perform edits, operate, and oversee CNC machines Experience in observation of machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance situations Troubleshoot machines and light maintenance Work from blueprints, specifications and process sheets Knowledge/experience with basic tool sharpening and able to make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards Qualifications/Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school a plus Minimum 5 years' CNC Setup and Operate experience (Swiss or Dual Turn) Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift 40
lbs.
