Who You Are As a Technology Specialist, you will learn and maintain deep knowledge of all companies' different software and integrations, create documentation for company files, and collaborate with external consultants in development and integration of software projects.
You will work in conjunction with the Executive Team to help execute their vision and carry out different technological implementations.
You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will collaborate with various departments to assist with their technical requirements.
Job Description:
Document and maintain a working knowledge of all software used across the entire company.
Monitor software, and system performance metrics.
Support software implementation and upgrades Provide technical assistance, instruction, and consultation for the resolution of problems.
Provide internal support for the external consultants working with software applications.
Skills candidate must possess:
Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, engineering or information technology or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of computer software, hardware, and networks.
Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to do so effectively over multiple channels (phone, email, etc.
).
Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
