Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Accounting Clerk Buckley King LPA is a Cleveland, OH-based law firm.
We are seeking an AP/AR/Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is detail oriented and has a strong work ethic.
Duties include:
Process payables Process daily receipts Enter and post credit card expense receipts Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts Balance all posted amounts to check and batch number Maintain vendor relationships and internal files Review vendor invoices for accuracy, flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices; Code vendor invoices Assist with client billing through various channels (electronic, email, etc.
) Other duties as assigned or necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred Experience in accounting or finance preferred Experience in law firm or professional services a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality of firm information Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high priority on accuracy and quality Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Knowledge of Coyote Analytics Financial software a plus Job Type:
