Responsibilities:
1.
Prep apartments for new residents Move out any property relinquished by previous tenants.
Installation of appliances (if needed), garbage disposal, rekeying locks, repairing drywall & painting.
2.
Complete work orders for existing residents Basic electrical (install fixtures) Basic plumbing (replace toilet wax ring and/or toilet, garbage disposal) Basic HVAC (changing furnace filters) Appliances repair or replacement 3.
Positive, friendly and kind to others 4.
Eager to learn 5.
Dependable, reliable and energetic Buildings are 2 or 3 stories, free standing spread out over many acres.
No elevators.
Basic computer skills helpful.
Vehicle with valid OH Drivers License and insurance.
