Storage Engineer
Insight Global is seeking a storage engineer to sit onsite at Parker Hannifin.
This person is going to be working at a fortune 250 company in the manufacturing industry.
As part of the global Cloud and Compute Team, this storage engineer will focus on administering the enterprise storage environment, handling operational duties, and monitoring health and alerting processes for the systems.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, systems administration best practices, modern security best practices, and future technology planning.
This is a lean team of 3 with a ton of room for growth.
This person will be leaned on to help with the design and provide strategic direction for best practices moving forward.
IBM storage experience Manufacturing background Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience 5
years of experience within storage Strong experience within administration Experience with design and providing future direction of environment Experience within Linux, Unix or AIX environment Recommended Skills Administration Ibm Aix Ibm Storage Linux Manufacturing Passionate Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
