Quality Assurance Coordinator

oReview and proof reading completed applications for enrollment process, ensuring accuracy for specific data entry for enrollment.
oScanning completed and approved applications into the CIS e-Folder database on a timely basis oAppropriate follow up with potential applicants for missing application data, and follow up with Job Corps Staff to ensure application reviews are in progress, complete, and admission is timely oTracking folder progress through admission process oProviding appropriate follow up with students upon arrival oReport consolidation- Regulating and consolidating Admission Counselor weekly reports into a database oMay assist with the scheduling of Outreach Fairs, Expos, Community Meetings, and with execution of special Outreach events, orientations, and tours.
oProofreading, data entry, spreadsheet management oMaintaining outreach calendars oAssisting in the preparation of applications, ordering marketing materials and office supplies necessary for the department.
oComplete weekly and monthly reports, required trainings, self-starter, and work as a team.
oOther duties as assigned.
Qualifications Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulation.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, groups of managers, students and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw related conclusion.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel.
Experience Minimum of one to two years related experience in education.
Education Bachelor's degree in education or similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid State Driver's License.
