Flexible Hours - M-F 8a-5p IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Provide training coordination for training and employee development activities for internal and external customers Schedule courses, coordinate trainer and instructor course setup, location, and other training requirements Maintain records in the Oracle Learning Management System Gather enrollment data, run reports for management Records management for training records and training related activities TO QUALIFY Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Business Administration, or a related field.

years experience in an event planning or training coordination role.
L+D experience is helpful.
Must have strong organizational skills and be able to pivot responsibilities quickly Efficient, able to interact with anyone including executives, hiring managers, production workers, and office staff.
Great phone voice and email grammar - able to communicate effectively Ability to jump in with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Candidates preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Business Administration, or a related field.
In lieu of a degree, 8 or more years of experience may suffice.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management programs.
Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
Recommended Skills Business Administration Communication Coordinating Databases Event Management Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
