Facility Maintenance Engineer

As the Facility Maintenance Engineer working onsite in Cleveland, OH reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage several contract service accounts, including infrastructure and utilities.
You will assist maintenance in day-to-day issues and look for sustainable long-term solutions to increase the reliability of the site.
Main
Responsibilities:
Support facility EHS initiatives (GS2, PSM, Audits, etc.
) Manage multiple service accounts (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and other site services) Participate in and support plant Kaizen Events Introduce new technologies or processes into the facility that will contribute to overall site reliability Provide technical support tp maintenance, including troubleshooting, identifying critical spares, and CMMS management Organize and maintain equipment files Participate in the training and development of in-house maintenance technicians
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical General knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, piping, compressors, boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems 5
years maintenance or manufacturing experience in an industrial environment required; batch paint processing experience preferred Recommended Skills Auditing Compressors Continuous Quality Improvement (Cqi) Engineering Hvac Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
