QA Analyst II
Insight Global is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II OR III for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, OH.
This individual will be responsible for reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to understand product changes or enhancements.
They will be executing and creating detailed test plans and test cases along with reducing and detecting errors by testing products and reporting defects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and willingness to grow within the organization and should have good working knowledge of most, if not all, areas of SQA analysis & practices.
Experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps OR Microsoft TFS Insurance/Financial industry experience Claims experience 2-5 years of QA experience Knowledge of Software Application Workflows Manual testing experience Experience with APIs Agile or JIRA experience Coachability and willingness to grow within the organization Excellent communication skills Recommended Skills Api Agile Methodology Claim Processing Communication Engineering Design Process Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
