This is an IN PERSON position! We are looking for someone who absolutely LOVES KIDS, loves training (both caregivers and staff), strives to learn more and be better, understands/applies assent-based / trauma-informed ABA practices.

No stressful 30-hour weekly billable requirements (we follow an achievable billing/admin ratio).

Responsibilities:
Assessments/parent interviews, assessment reports, treatment and behavior plans Client observation across settings/follow-up procedures BT supervision/training across client caseload Observation and analysis of the data/FAs as required Ongoing program development Integrate appropriate antecedent strategies for desired behavior Staff / caregiver training Social groups design / implementation Progress notes to align with insurance renewals/re-authorizations Treatment fidelity assessments Behavior data / session note review and action plans RBT supervision and behavior skills training to meet BACB guidelines Supervisor for RBT Student Practitioners Lead/Attend client/staff meetings Conducting fidelities checks company-wide Representing company at various marketing/sponsorship events Minimum Training and
Experience:
BCBA certification with at least one (1+) year of experience working as a BCBA/supervisor designing ABA programs for children under 8 with autism, training parents and technicians on how to implement interventions, and supervision of behavioral staff.
COBA certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months COMPETENCY with assessment/programming to children 1-8 years of age Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science Completion of the required 8-hour online supervision training Experience conducting assessments:
VB-MAPP, ESDM, ABLLS, AFLS, PEAK, Social Skills, etc.
Experience using electronic data collection within Catalyst.
A clean background
driving record with a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire Crisis/De-escalation training Compensation &

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
