Commercial Cleaning Manager
We are growing and looking for People Managers who understand the Janitorial Industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, flexibility in schedule, clean background, driving record, reliable means of transportation, and have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Check in and supervise any 2nd shift job assignment- Train or retrain new employees/ processes- Coordinate or cover any missed cleaning shifts due to absences or vacancies- Oversee time management online- Report issues to OperationsOversee cleaner assignments including:
- Work along side a team of crew members and positively influence them to work hard, and diligently- Floor work projects- Special Event participation- After Hours cleaning- Commercial cleaning in various locations and environments (Office, Manufacturing, Medical, Finance, etc.
)
Qualifications:
Reliable means of transportation and valid drivers license WITH clean driving record Dependable, and honest; ability to work autonomously Leadership or supervisory experience to motivate, train and manage Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Commercial Janitorial Cleaning experience and Facility Services PI225840723 Recommended Skills Commercial Cleaning Finance Hardworking And Dedicated Leadership Self Motivation Time Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
