DriverPer Diem Pay Rate up to $13/hour Jennings Life As It Should Be.

Must possess valid driver's license.
Must have 2 years of licensed driving experience.
Must have High School diploma or GED.
Must have completed CPR/First Aid training.
Must possess safe driving record in accordance with current insurance underwriting standards - no more than 4 active points on the record.
Has the physical ability necessary to transport physically impaired persons including persons in wheelchairs.
Has the ability to learn individualized transfer and assistance techniques.
Has received transfer technique instruction prior to transporting participants.
Has the interpersonal skill necessary to work with older adults, children, family members, and staff.
Exercises excellent judgment regarding vehicle operations and client safety.
DRIVE training is required within 1 year prior to hire or 3 months following hire.
PAT must be completed within 6 months prior to hire or within the first year of employment.
Defensive Driving Course is required within 1 year prior to hire or 3 months following hire.
CCBDD training and fingerprinting which includes an 8 hour CCBDD specific training course as well as fingerprint at initial hire and every 3 years thereafter.
