Roles and
Responsibilities:
Based on business demands and product requirements, identify, preach, qualify, and enlist the external installation partners.
Provide hands on training and certification program to the prospective installers, this shall cover the electrical, mechanical, and wiring aspects of installing the HESS products onto heavy equipment vehicles.
Propose and carry out the POC (Proof Of Concept) installation projects, each proposal shall be HESS configuration, vehicle make, and model dependent.
Work with BD and Sales Departments to win new customer accounts, travel to customer sites for meetings and to perform work as needed.
Qualifications:
5
years of hands-on experience in maintaining Construction and/or Earth-Moving vehicles of the Caterpillar, or Komatsu, or John Deere brands is required.
In depth Knowledge on the electrical and mechanical systems of the heavy equipment vehicles is required.
Knowledge on the heavy equipment vehicle power train is not required but a big plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
Flexibility in frequent domestic travels is required.
Prior leadership job experience is highly desirable.
