Summary:
The Client Support Representative is responsible for the client experience at Crimcheck and serves as our brand ambassador to clients and consumers.
This position will use a strong command of the company's service policies and product knowledge to offer accurate assistance and to facilitate order processing for Crimcheck clients.
The Client Support Specialist position requires excellent internal and external communication skills and attention to detail to facilitate the processing of screening orders to produce accurate and timely results.
Essential Functions:
Client Relations Maintain client interactions to provide exceptional customer service and exceed service expectations.
Go the extra mile to engage clients and build customer relations.
Ensure the Client Experience is at the forefront of the department's mission.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern; determining the issue at hand; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Production Keep detailed documentation of customer interactions, process necessary components of each incoming order and prepare order for the investigation process, understand each client's criteria, and ensure requirements are being met.
Process individual service components such as driving records, credit reports, social media searches, consent based social security verifications, etc.
Responsible for daily follow ups including files that are currently assigned/work in progress and initiating all orders by EOB in your individual queue.
Maintain production quota with error rate less than.
2%.
Utilize internal ticket system and develop customer service solutions, review and monitor average response rate on a weekly basis (goal of acknowledging each ticket within 1hr) Process 75 average calls per week for incoming and outbound phone calls from/to clients and applicants with the goal of attaining the best customer experience possible.
Documentation/notation- document each client/consumer interaction on the associated file or client account.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills including active listening (the ability to communicate with clients, consumers, and internal departments).
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and web applications.
Problem Solving/Analysis.
Teamwork to communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved.
Able to discreetly handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Ability to handle heavy call volume.
