Quality Manager

We are currently assisting our client with a Quality Manager search near Cleveland, OH.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this individual will oversee all quality at the plant with a focus on process improvement and working cross functionally with engineering and operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all plant Quality Systems and develop, implement and track objectives and processes to ensure all metrics are met Provide quality characteristics throughout process and product development to ensure all customers expectations are met Establish quality control systems using preventative methodology including SPC, Problem solving, root cause analysis, APQP, PPAP Define, plan, direct, analyze and report statistical analysis and capability of product/process features Mentor, train, and supervise all quality personnel with a vision of Safety and Continuous Improvement Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Science related field or 5-7 years of related work experience is required Experience leading a team of engineers in a manufacturing environment High-energy, driven professional who has demonstrated quality leadership and people management skills plus exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills Additional Information:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
