Biomedical Equipment Technician 2-Traveling Support

Sodexo Healthcare Technology Management has an opportunity for a BMET 2 (Traveling) based out of NE Ohio.
The incumbent for this position will be a part of the HTM Team at University Hospitals Health System and will also support as needed other Sodexo accounts throughout the US.
We are looking for a HTM professional who thrives in developing relationships with customers and peers, along with, has a passion for being the best at ensuring medical technology operates at it's peak capabilities.
This position will support/drive to multiple locations, must have valid driver's license.
The HTM Team at University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH offers ground-breaking clinical technology services to customers and much-deserved professional growth to personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the client's medical device inventory- Performing scheduled and corrective maintenance on medical equipment- Providing support to peers and other technical professionals- Communicating with client's, customer's, co-workers, and HTM leadership- Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity within CMMS - Functionalizing fiscal responsibility to optimize growth and outcomes Key Duties:
- Being available to travel as required domestically in the US (Approximately 30-40%)- Inspect, maintain, repair and calibrate equipment and systems- Ensures regulatory compliance- Provides advanced support of equipment for direct patient care- Interacts on a routine basis with clinical health providers in the identification of technology based problems and solutions- Solves organization-level customer service issues and complaints- Preparing required documentation and reports - Demonstrates a safety mindset - Financial responsibility for purchasing parts and service- Develops staff by teaching and mentoring others Please learn more about University Hospitals at:
