We are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Inspector.
Details of the position include:
Responsible for executing basic quality activities in accordance with SOP &cGMP.
Ability to mentor and coach others on quality principles with good communication skills.
Able to maintain multiple logbooks, including reject logs, incoming material logs, lot change paperwork.
Exceptional documentation skills and documentation review skills Ability to perform final inspection reliably, including all appropriate paperwork.
Perform incoming material review against C of A or C of C and correspond with supplier for any deficiencies noted.
Accurately review and log incoming product, labels, cartons, and inserts on appropriate logbooks.
Ability to perform transfers, movements and lot releases in the inventory management system.
Performs incoming receipt, material issue, and final release in the inventory management system.
Ability to verify materials against production records and master controls.
Performs label control activities and/or job issue activities accurately and dependably.
Ability to perform leak testing and associated documentation.
Must be able to identify and report any quality issues, inventory issues, or other non-compliances.
Effectively troubleshoot basic quality issues.
Completes Reject Yield Trending Forms Completes verification of shipments from the warehouse.
Ability to investigate quality issues, inventory issues, or other non-compliances.
Performs and documents basic investigations Contributes to process improvements.
Demonstrates superior organization skills.
Completes Annual Product Reviews Performs Internal Audits.
Identifies potential quality concerns and poses possible resolutions.
