Branch Operations Manager-Middleburgh HT's-Ohio
1st Choice Delivery is looking for a Branch Operations Manager to focus on day-to-day operations of our Cleveland, Ohio terminal.
This individual will direct and manage the all individuals assigned to the branch, as well as coordinate the operations of the warehouse and distribution service types, including dock high on demand, routes, and logistics.
This individual needs to have a take ownership of the branch and lead by example while focusing on continuous improvement and cost savings.
This person will report directly to the Regional/Field Manager.

Regional/Field Manager Job Description Role and Responsibilities Supervises daily operations for deliveries and return logistics in his or her operational area.
Ensures compliance with customer requirements, company standards and various legal obligations related to last mile delivery.
o Receives freight, maintains correct chain of custody, ensures product is sorted to correct route o Ensure jobs/data are assigned to the correct driver o Ensure drivers load freight and launch route in appropriate time frame o Ensures drivers maintain data integrity through receive, load and deliver scans o Complete OSD report and any other required daily reporting o Monitor delivery process throughout the day and reports any delays or issues through proper channels o Monitor building for cleanliness, damage etc.
, Work with management to ensure building is secure and cameras/alarms/badge access are all working correctly.
Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent Attendance Good working knowledge of geography, routing structure, available resources Creative thinking skills Excellent problem-solving skills Good time management skills Experience working with electronic data Additional Notes Additional Notes Please note that in order to be considered for this position, the individual should provide a resume showing relevant management and/or transportation experience.
